Grailed Fees for Sellers in Europe

Two fees on every sale, a lower rate for cheaper items since May 2026, and higher processing outside the US.

Key takeaways
  • Grailed's seller fee is 9% for $120+ sales, 6% (min $1.99) for under $120 — the reduced rate applies to sales from 20 May 2026.
  • International sellers pay 4.99% + $0.49 processing if Stripe is available in their country; US sellers pay 3.49% + $0.49.
  • The fee base is listing price plus buyer-paid shipping — only when you DON'T use a Grailed shipping label.
  • Grailed bans third-party tools, scrapers and automation — crosslisting bots violate the terms and risk account termination.
  • Payout arrives within 3 days after delivery; you must ship within 7 days with tracking.

Grailed charges sellers 9% on items that sell for $120 or more. Since 20 May 2026, sales under $120 pay a reduced 6% fee with a $1.99 minimum. This page breaks down every charge — seller fee, payment processing, and the shipping rules that affect your payout.

Our resale profit guide explains how to calculate your net margin across all marketplaces.

The seller fee: 9% or 6%

Grailed's seller fee structure changed in May 2026:

  • $120 or more: 9% of the sale price
  • Under $120: 6% with a $1.99 minimum — this only applies to sales on or after 20 May 2026
  • Buyers pay nothing — Grailed is free for buyers

The fee is calculated on the listing price plus buyer-paid shipping — but only if you don't use a Grailed shipping label. If you ship with a Grailed label, the fee is just the listing price.

This matters for EU sellers: if the buyer pays you separately for shipping, that amount is added to the fee base.

Payment processing for sellers outside the US

Grailed uses Stripe for payouts. The processing fee depends on where you're based:

Location Processing fee
US domestic 3.49% + $0.49
International (Stripe-eligible country) 4.99% + $0.49
Non-Stripe country 4.99% + $0.49
Not onboarded to Stripe (US) 3.49% + $0.99
Not onboarded to Stripe (international) 5.49% + $0.99

If you're selling from Poland or another EU country and have completed Stripe onboarding, you pay the international rate: 4.99% + $0.49 per transaction.

The fee is charged on the same base as the seller fee — listing price plus buyer-paid shipping when you don't use a Grailed label.

Shipping deadlines and payout timing

Grailed's terms are strict about shipping:

  • Ship within 7 calendar days from purchase
  • Expedited Delivery: ship within 2 days
  • Use tracking on every shipment — if you don't, the order gets cancelled
  • Payout within 3 days after tracking shows delivery

Missing the 7-day window can result in order cancellation and a negative impact on your seller account.

A worked sale from Poland

For example, say you sell a designer jacket for $150 and the buyer pays $25 for shipping (they arranged their own courier). You shipped with your own label, not a Grailed one.

$150 jacket + $25 buyer shipping, sold from Poland
Sale price$175
  • Seller fee 9%$15.75
  • Processing 4.99%$8.73
  • Processing fixed fee$0.49
  • Your payout$150.03

You receive $150.03 in your Stripe account. From there, you withdraw to your Polish bank — Stripe's own conversion fee applies when converting USD to PLN.

The buyer's $25 shipping payment covers their side of the shipment; your own shipping cost (to the buyer) is separate and not shown here.

Rules that cost more than fees

Grailed's terms also restrict the tools you can use:

"Any robot, spider, scraper, crawler … artificial intelligence or machine learning systems … or other automated means" to collect data. Also banned: "any applications, browser extensions, plugins, or third-party tools that interact with our Services without our prior written consent."

This means:

  • Crosslisting bots that post to Grailed are prohibited without written Grailed approval
  • Automated pricing tools and scrapers violate the terms
  • Your account can be terminated for using prohibited tools

If you're crosslisting streetwear from Vinted or OLX to Grailed, you must do it manually. Our Depop fees page covers a platform where third-party crosslisting is explicitly allowed. reva supports Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie — not Grailed. Scout can help you find underpriced streetwear on Vinted or OLX before you list it elsewhere.

For deadstock sneakers and streetwear, compare StockX and GOAT and read their terms before you list. If you're selling vintage on Etsy, our Etsy fees for vintage sellers breaks down those costs.

Check the marketplace fee calculator to compare Grailed against Vinted, OLX and other platforms. Our streetwear resale guide has more tips on pricing and selling streetwear.
