reva vs Vendoo

The short answer: different jobs

• If most of your sales go through eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop or Grailed and you need to post and delist one item everywhere, Vendoo is built for that.
• If you buy and sell on Vinted, OLX or Allegro Lokalnie and your problem is what to buy and what to pay, that is what reva's live modules do.
• If you do both, the tools overlap only on listing, and there reva is still in early access.

Marketplaces supported

Vendoo publishes two lists that don't match. Its help-centre article "Which marketplaces does Vendoo support?", updated 9 July 2026, names eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, Vestiaire Collective and Whatnot (beta). Its marketing marketplaces page shows logos for the same group plus Vinted and Sellwild.

OLX and Allegro Lokalnie are on neither list, so for a seller in Poland the only possible overlap is Vinted, exactly where Vendoo's pages conflict. reva works with all three, with a Poland focus and prices in zł (€, $ or £ display).

Vinted support: what each company states

Whatever Vendoo decides, Vinted's Terms bind your account. The UK Terms in force on 13 September 2026 (version of 30 April 2026) say you must not use "external software tools (including but not limited to: bots, scraping programs, crawling programs, spiders)" unless Vinted authorises, offers or otherwise allows it. They also ban deleting and relisting "the same Item multiple times or multiple Items in bulk", and the Polish Terms (version of 15 September 2025) carry a matching clause. Vinted's official API is "available only to a limited set of allowlisted Vinted Pro businesses".

Updated Terms take effect on 5 October 2026 in Germany and France and on 8 October 2026 in the UK and Poland. A press report says the UK/US/AU update leaves the automation and relisting rules unchanged, but re-read your own country's Terms after its date. The clause names no exemption for any vendor, reva included; reva's Buy walks checkout only where the marketplace allows it. If a tool doesn't list Vinted on its own supported-marketplaces page, don't build your Vinted routine on it.

Sourcing, pricing and demand

We found no public Vendoo description of sourcing, sold-comps or pricing-guidance features. Its site offers a Marketplace Fee Calculator and a Profit Margin Calculator, which help once you own an item, not while you decide whether to buy it.

reva's Scout, which is live, finds listings on Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie priced below their market. Every find comes with a demand score, a price confidence level, a photo-based condition check and a five-level price ladder. Every level is an estimate: reva sees listings disappear but cannot confirm that they sold.

Example: the jacket is listed at 90 zł. Priced for a fast sale at 115 zł, it leaves 25 zł before fees and shipping. The 85 zł gap to Max profit needs a buyer at the top of the estimate. If a find only makes sense at Max profit, skip it.

Buying: alerts and assisted checkout

We found no public Vendoo description of buying tools. Its automatic offers are a selling feature: they go to people who liked your listings on marketplaces such as Poshmark, eBay, Depop and Mercari (Vinted is not listed), are labelled beta in the help article's FAQ, and need your computer on and awake with Vendoo open.

reva's Buy module is live. You set buying rules and get alerts. Where the marketplace allows it, reva walks checkout in your own session and stops before payment, so you confirm. Decide the limits first, using the jacket above:

• Example: a brand and model you have resold before, not "any outerwear"
• Example: the sizes and condition range you can actually sell
• Example: a maximum price of 90 zł, where Fast sell still leaves 25 zł before fees and shipping
• Example: a minimum profit after fees and shipping, counted at the Fast sell price

Listing and crosslisting

Vendoo is stronger here:

• Method: a Chrome extension. Vendoo says you "must use the computer to get started"; its iOS and Android apps cannot import, detect sales, auto-delist or download CSVs.
• Sale detection and auto-delist: labelled beta, and your computer must stay on and awake. The US help centre limits it to eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari and Whatnot; the EU help centre's copy, dated 30 March 2026, names eBay, Depop, Whatnot, Shopify, Mercari and Poshmark. Neither names Vinted.
• Growth plan and up: bulk actions on up to 240 listings at once, plus AI Listing Enhancement.

reva has no crosslisting to eBay, Poshmark or the other marketplaces on Vendoo's list. Its listing modules are in early access: Studio recognises an item from photos and suggests a price, List prepares drafts on Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie, and Boost changes the price on your own listing. Inbox, Stock and Money are in build, so reva does not track inventory or profit today. Price the plan by the feature you need, not the entry price. Bulk actions and AI Listing Enhancement start at Growth, and automatic offers are listed only on Pro. This page does not quote reva's pricing.

reva vs Vendoo: who should choose which

Choose Vendoo if your sales go mostly through the marketplaces on its help-centre list, and you want sale detection, bulk actions and offers to likers in one desktop workflow.

Choose reva if you source and sell on Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie, and your margin depends on paying the right price. What reva does today lists each module's status.

Use both if you buy in Poland but resell some stock on US-facing marketplaces, and you're prepared to keep your inventory in step by hand.
