The Complete Crosslisting Guide for European Resellers
Put one item in front of more buyers without breaking marketplace rules or selling it twice.

- Depop is the only marketplace in this guide whose terms name third-party crosslisting platforms as allowed. Grailed requires written consent for browser extensions, and eBay bans automated access without its express permission.
- Vinted's Terms don't name crosslisting, but they ban unauthorised external software tools and deleting and re-listing items repeatedly or in bulk. Updated Terms take effect on 5 October 2026 (Germany, France) and 8 October 2026 (UK, Poland).
- OLX allows one listing per item at a time in free and limited categories, and ending and relisting within 14 days counts as a duplicate. Edit a listing instead of recreating it.
- Of the crosslisters checked on 13 September 2026, none names OLX or Allegro Lokalnie, none confirms vinted.pl, and only Crosslist names a European Vinted site (vinted.co.uk).
- Automatic delisting has stated delays, for example up to 30 minutes for Vinted sales at Crosslist. Keep a manual delist routine for every marketplace you use.

- A weekly crosslisting routine
Crosslisting means listing one item on two or more marketplaces at the same time, then removing the other listings as soon as it sells. More buyers see the item without you buying more stock. The cost is extra listing work and the risk of selling the same item twice. In Europe the limits come from the marketplace rules more than from the tools: Vinted's Terms restrict external software tools and bulk delete-and-relist, OLX allows one listing per item in its free and limited categories, and none of the crosslisting tools we checked names OLX or Allegro Lokalnie.
Below: when crosslisting pays, each marketplace's terms quoted with dates, Poland's three channels side by side, one master listing, pricing across fee models, delisting, and what the tools say about Vinted. Platform facts come from official pages read on 13 September 2026 (one press report is named where it is used), and every other number is marked as an example. Each section ends with a link to the page that goes deeper.
What crosslisting is and when it pays off
How to crosslist, in one line: keep one master record per item, one listing per marketplace and one delist routine. Each marketplace listing is separate, with its own category, title, price, messages and orders. Nothing links them except you, your spreadsheet or a tool.
Crosslisting pays only when all three of these hold:
- The item has buyers on more than one marketplace. A branded jacket may interest people on both Vinted and OLX. A bulky item for collection may only make sense on OLX or Allegro Lokalnie.
- An extra listing costs you little. Vinted's UK "Our platform" page says selling is free for individuals, and the UK, FR, DE and PL price lists show no seller commission. Allegro Lokalnie lists for free outside motoring and real estate and charges a fee only when a Kup teraz or auction item sells. OLX gives free listing quotas in many categories, while some (cars and real estate among them) are fully paid. Annex 3 (effective 7 January 2026) gives private users 2 free listings for smartphones, laptops, consoles and TVs.
- You can delist within minutes of a sale, every time. If you can't, each extra listing is a possible double sale.
If one condition fails, list on the marketplace where the item fits best and put the time into better photos or a better price.
Marketplace rules: who allows what
No tool can change a marketplace's terms. The table shows what each marketplace's own terms say about crosslisting, third-party tools and duplicates. "Not named" means the clauses we read don't mention it. It does not mean permission.
| Crosslisting | Bots and third-party tools | Duplicates and relisting | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vinted (UK Terms 30 Apr 2026; PL, DE, FR matching) | Not named in the clauses read | External software tools banned “unless such a use is authorised, offered or in any other way allowed by us” | No deleting and re-listing “the same Item multiple times or multiple Items in bulk” |
| OLX.pl (Terms 27 Apr 2026) | Not named | Not statedno explicit bot or scraping clause found in our search of the Terms | One listing per item in free and limited categories; relisting within 14 days counts as a duplicate |
| Allegro Lokalnie | Not named in the pages read | Not statedAllegro's current Terms could not be read on 13 Sept 2026 | Not statednot in our research |
| Depop (ToS 2 Sep 2026) | Yes“via third party cross-listing platforms”, with conditions | “any bots or other third party software on the Service” banned | Remove the item promptly if it sells elsewhere |
| Grailed (ToS) | Not named | Extensions and third-party tools banned “without our prior written consent” | Not stated |
| eBay (US User Agreement 28 Jun 2026) | Not named in the clauses read | Automated means banned “except with the prior express permission of eBay” | One fixed price listing of an identical item at a time (US policy) |
What the table means for crosslisting:
- Depop is the only marketplace here whose terms name crosslisting tools. You "may simultaneously list your items for sale on other platforms and/or marketplaces … via third party cross-listing platforms" if you follow the terms, remove the item promptly when it sells elsewhere, and accept full responsibility (including refunding the buyer) if it sells twice. The same terms ban "any bots or other third party software on the Service", so the permission covers crosslisting platforms, not bots in general.
- Grailed doesn't mention crosslisting. It does ban "any applications, browser extensions, plugins, or third-party tools that interact with our Services without our prior written consent". A crosslister that posts through a browser extension meets that wording.
- eBay's User Agreement bans "any robot, spider, scraper, data mining tools … or any automated means" without eBay's prior express permission. eBay also runs a developer API under a separate API License Agreement, which requires apps to comply with the User Agreement too. eBay's US duplicate listings policy allows one fixed price listing of an identical item at a time, including across usernames.
- OLX has no explicit bot clause in the Terms text we searched. That is not permission. The same Terms let OLX remove duplicate listings repeated many times as spam, and its moderation uses automated tools.
Decision rule: before you crosslist to a marketplace, find its clause on third-party tools. If the clause requires consent or permission and your tool can't show you that consent, list on that marketplace by hand.

Crosslisting in Poland: Vinted, OLX, Allegro Lokalnie
Poland's three main second-hand channels differ in exactly the places crosslisting touches: duplicates, quotas and fees, and who is allowed to sell.
| Vinted (vinted.pl) | OLX.pl | Allegro Lokalnie | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Duplicates | No deleting and re-listing the same item repeatedly or in bulk. Items in a bundle can't also be listed on their own (Catalogue Rules) | One listing per item at a time in free and limited categories; ending and relisting within 14 days counts as a duplicate | Not in our research |
| What costs money | No seller commission line on the price list. The buyer pays the Buyer Protection fee, "zwykle 5% + 2,90 zł" | Free quotas per category (Annex 3). "Zapłać, jeśli sprzedasz" is a commission model with no published rate | Listing free (motoring and real estate excepted). Local listings 0 zł; Kup teraz and auctions 7.9%, Elektronika 4.9% |
| Who can sell | Standard accounts are for personal use; commercial listing isn't allowed on them. Vinted Pro is not open to Polish businesses | Your business or private declaration covers all your OLX activity | Only regular accounts can publish listings; business accounts can only buy |
| In the listing text | No links or references to other sites or platforms | No contact data; no ads for or links to competing classifieds | Not in our research |
The Vinted column's Terms clause and price list are the Polish versions. The bundle, external-link and commercial-listing rules come from Vinted's UK Catalogue Rules and UK help page; the Polish commercial-selling help page lists the same signals of commercial activity, but we did not read a Polish copy of the Catalogue Rules.
What that means in practice:
- One live listing per platform. Never "refresh" an OLX listing by ending it and posting it again: within 14 days that is a duplicate. Edit the existing listing. On Vinted, the relisting clause is about deleting and posting again, so edit there too rather than recreate.
- Plan OLX quotas before you crosslist. A phone copied to OLX uses one of a private user's 2 free smartphone listings. Annex 3 renews a limit 30 days after the last listing counted in it was published, so count crosslisted items inside the quota.
- Your seller status decides the channel mix. A business account can't sell on Allegro Lokalnie, Vinted doesn't allow commercial listing from standard accounts, and Vinted Pro isn't open in Poland. Private vs business seller covers how each platform defines the line.
- No "also on OLX" lines. Vinted bans references to other platforms in listings, and OLX bans ads for or links to competing classifieds.
Crosslisting also spreads your sales across platforms, and each platform reports only its own. Under DAC7, Allegro asks for a seller's data at the latest when they pass €2,000 and/or 30 transactions in a calendar year, and it counts all of that seller's accounts on Allegro and Allegro Lokalnie together. The revenue limit for unregistered activity (działalność nierejestrowana) is 10,813.50 zł per quarter from 1 January 2026 (biznes.gov.pl), and no single platform tracks it for you. This is general information, not tax advice; check your own situation with a tax adviser.
The Poland-specific routine, with each platform's duplicate rule, quota and fee trigger in one place, is in selling on Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie at once. For OLX's quotas and 30-day listing cycle in more detail, see the OLX reselling guide.
Crosslisting to and from Vinted
Two Vinted clauses touch crosslisting directly. The UK Terms in force on 13 September 2026 (version of 30 April 2026) say users must not:
"use any kind of external software tools (including but not limited to: bots, scraping programs, crawling programs, spiders) when registering on the Site and/or when using the Site and/or Services (including but not limited to: for the purpose of promoting Items, adding Items to favourite), unless such a use is authorised, offered or in any other way allowed by us"
"delete and re-list the same Item multiple times or multiple Items in bulk" PL: "wielokrotnie usuwać i ponownie ogłaszać tego samego Przedmiotu lub wielu Przedmiotów w formie zbiorczej"
The Polish (15 September 2025), German and French (8 September 2025) versions in force carry matching clauses. A separate clause bans users who "data mine, screen scrape, crawl" any part of the site.
How those clauses apply to crosslisting:
- Listing by hand. None of the quoted clauses describes adding an item to Vinted that is also for sale elsewhere. The Catalogue Rules still apply: real photos and no references to other platforms.
- A tool that posts to Vinted for you. That is an external software tool, allowed only if Vinted authorises, offers or otherwise allows it. Vinted's official API "is available only to a limited set of allowlisted Vinted Pro businesses", and none of Vendoo, List Perfectly, Flyp or Crosslist says it uses that API. List Perfectly wrote on 29 May 2026 that it "does not automatically publish listings to Vinted": the seller clicks publish. That describes how its product works. It is not an authorisation from Vinted.
- Delist-then-relist features. Crosslist's Vinted FAQ says it delists and then relists to avoid duplicate flags, and its autodelist doc says Vinted "does not allow the same listing to be relisted" (Crosslist's description, not Vinted's wording). Read both against the delete-and-relist clause before you switch such a feature on.
- Volume. Vinted's commercial-selling help page (the UK and PL versions list the same signals) names identical or similar items in several colours or sizes, and stock or professional photos. Crosslist's docs say uploading many listings in a short time without a Vinted Pro account can trigger captchas, and Flyp advises not to "list a high number of items quickly". Both are vendor statements, not Vinted's.
Moving listings out of Vinted is not a separate case. Flyp says you can import Vinted listings into its tool, but importing still means a tool working in your Vinted account, and the external-software clause quoted above covers using the Site in general, not only posting.
How to crosslist to Vinted sets out what each vendor says about its Vinted support and gives a manual routine. Vinted's listing rules covers the catalogue rules volume sellers break most often, and Vinted bot and automation rules goes clause by clause.
Preparing one master listing: photos, titles, measurements
A master listing is the one record you copy from. Keep it off-platform, in a spreadsheet or notes app, so deleting a marketplace listing never deletes your only copy of the description.
- Item ID you also write on the tag or bag
- Brand, model, size as labelled, and your measurements taken flat
- Condition in your own words, plus the grade you will pick on each marketplace
- Every flaw, with the number of the photo that shows it
- One set of real photos: front, back, label, flaws, measurements
- Your price floor: the lowest net amount you accept
- Links to each live listing and the date each went up
- 1Master listingPhotos, measurements, flaws and a price floor, stored off-platform
- 2Drafts per marketplaceCategory, title and price adapted to each platform's fields and fees
- 3PublishYou press publish on each marketplace, one live listing per item
- 4SaleOne marketplace confirms an order
- 5DelistRemove the other listings, then mark the item sold in the master list
Photos. Vinted's Catalogue Rules say photos "cannot be replaced with stock photos, photos from ads and watermarked images". Flyp's Vinted help adds that replacing backgrounds with plain white "tends to trigger Vinted's 'no stock photos' auto moderation". That is Flyp's observation, not a Vinted rule, but it costs nothing to follow. Decision rule: shoot one set on a real background and use it unedited on every marketplace.
Titles and descriptions. Write the description once, then check it against each platform's text rules:
- OLX: no contact data, no ads for or links to competing classifieds, and the listing must say whether it is a single item, multiple units or a set.
- Vinted: no links or references to external sites or platforms, and no unrelated brands in the brand field, title, description or hashtags. Its UK "Our platform" page names upload time, price and brand among the item attributes used for ranking, so fill in the brand field accurately.
Condition. Crosslisting copies your condition claim to every marketplace, so a wrong claim can come back on each one. Vinted's UK help counts incorrect size and undisclosed damage as significantly not as described. OLX's Pakiet Ochronny covers an item that doesn't match the listing, including size, undisclosed damage and a "new" item showing wear. Disclose each flaw the same way in every copy.
Product photos that sell second-hand items covers what buyers need to see, including labels and measurements. Writing listing titles and descriptions gives templates you can adapt per marketplace.
Pricing the same item on different platforms
Fee models differ, so the same listed price leaves you different amounts. Set one net target for the item, then work out each marketplace's list price from it.
Worked example. Say your net target for a jacket is 200 zł, the buyer pays shipping, and you sell as a private person in Poland:
| Marketplace | Fee that applies | List price for 200 zł net | What the buyer sees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vinted | No seller commission on the vinted.pl price list | 200 zł | 212.90 zł before shipping, at the "usual" 5% + 2.90 zł Buyer Protection fee |
| Allegro Lokalnie, Kup teraz | 7.9% of item value | 200 ÷ 0.921 = 217.16 zł (fee 17.16 zł) | 217.16 zł plus delivery |
| Allegro Lokalnie, local listing | 0 zł sale fee | 200 zł | 200 zł |
| OLX, pay-if-sold | Commission rate not published in Annex 6 | Can't be worked out from published figures; check the rate with OLX first | Price plus the Pakiet Ochronny fee shown in the listing |
The Vinted buyer fee varies with item characteristics, order value and order type, and is shown at checkout. The 5% + 2.90 zł figure is the price list's "usual" rate, not a fixed one, and press reports say the fee is renamed "Vinted fee" under the Terms that apply from 8 October 2026.
Decision rules:
- Compare what the buyer pays, not your list prices. In the example, a buyer who checks both sees 212.90 zł on Vinted and 217.16 zł plus delivery on Allegro Lokalnie for the same jacket.
- Keep your net equal and let list prices differ. Matching the lowest list price everywhere means you earn less on the platforms that charge you a fee.
- Change prices by editing. OLX treats ending a listing and posting the same item again within 14 days as a duplicate, and Vinted's Terms ban deleting and re-listing the same item multiple times.
How to find the right net target in the first place, from comparable items that left the market, is in the resale pricing guide. The fee pages for Vinted and Allegro Lokalnie break down each fee line.
Delisting fast: manual, semi-automatic and automatic
The time between a sale and the last delisting is when double sales happen. Each delisting method narrows that window differently.
| Method | How it works | Stated delay | Weak point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manual | You see the sale notification and delete the other listings yourself | As long as it takes you to notice | Sleep, work, a busy weekend |
| Semi-automatic | A tool links an item's listings and you trigger the delist from one place. Crosslist's mobile app can "post, import, and delist" | Same as manual, but faster once you act | Still depends on you noticing |
| Automatic | A tool detects the sale and removes the other listings | Crosslist: sales "typically detected within 15 minutes", Vinted "up to 30 minutes". Flyp: searches for new sales "every 15 minutes" and marks items sold when you're active in your account | Tool limits, captchas, marketplaces it doesn't cover |
The automatic tools also state limits:
- Crosslist: auto-delist needs the Gold or Diamond plan (Gold $39.99 a month as displayed on 13 September 2026). Extension-based marketplaces, Vinted included, need your browser active "from time to time". It can't detect cancelled sales, and sales you add by hand don't trigger a delist.
- Vendoo: sale detection and auto-delist are labelled beta, need your computer "turned on and awake", and don't work from the mobile app. Neither its US nor its EU sale-detection article names Vinted.
- List Perfectly: auto-delist is on Pro Plus only ($99+ a month as displayed on 13 September 2026). Its January 2025 guide, which may be out of date, doesn't list Vinted and says Auto Delist "can't bypass captchas".
Decision rule: if any listing sits on a marketplace your tool doesn't name, that marketplace is on manual delisting, whatever the tool's plan says. For a Polish seller that means OLX and Allegro Lokalnie, since none of the tools checked names them.
How to avoid double sales when crosslisting goes through each vendor's stated detection limits and builds a manual fallback around them.
Avoiding double sales and what to do when one happens
Prevention is mostly habit:
- Turn on sale notifications for every marketplace app, not only your main one
- Delist on the other marketplaces before you print the label or reply to the buyer
- Mark the item "sold" in your master list at the same moment
- Keep crosslisted items to ones you can delist from your phone
- Don't crosslist items that are part of a bundle on Vinted: bundled items can't also be listed separately
- Once a day, check that every live listing matches an unsold item in your master list
When one slips through, keep the first order that was paid or confirmed and cancel the other one quickly. The mechanics differ by marketplace:
- OLX: if you reject the order, or don't confirm it within 72 hours, the buyer is refunded automatically (Terms §11.8). Reject it straight away rather than letting the 72 hours run out.
- Vinted: an order that isn't shipped within 5 business days is cancelled automatically (help page 753, UK, PL, FR and DE). How a seller cancels an order manually isn't covered in our research, so check the order screen and Vinted Help, and message the buyer at once instead of leaving them waiting.
- Allegro Lokalnie: the sale fee is refunded if you refund the buyer through Allegro.
- Depop: its terms make you fully responsible if an item sells on two platforms, including refunding the buyer.
Our research didn't cover whether cancelling a sale counts against your seller account on Vinted, OLX or Allegro Lokalnie. Don't assume it doesn't.
Tools: extensions, apps and assisted drafts
Start with how a tool posts, not its feature list: the method decides which marketplace clause applies to it. Whether a tool pays at all — the break-even between a subscription and the hours it saves — is a separate question, worked through in manual vs software crosslisting.
| Type | How it posts | What to check | Stated by vendors (13 Sept 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Browser extension | From your own logged-in browser | Each marketplace's clause on extensions and third-party tools | Vendoo (Chrome extension), List Perfectly, Flyp (desktop Chrome), Listelf; Closo says its extension "uses your existing browser session" |
| API-first | Through a marketplace's official API where one exists, otherwise an extension | Whether the marketplace offers an API to you | Crosslist: "API-first whenever a marketplace supports it"; its sales detection for Vinted runs through the browser extension |
| Cloud | On the vendor's servers | Whether it supports your marketplace at all | Nifty: "does not require you to keep your device on"; Vinted "not currently supported" |
| Mobile app | From your phone | Which desktop features are missing | Crosslist: post, import and delist. Vendoo: no importing, sale detection or auto-delist on mobile |
| Assisted drafts | Prepares the listing; you publish | Who presses publish | List Perfectly on Vinted (the seller clicks publish); reva List (early access) |
| Vinted | Vinted sites named | OLX or Allegro Lokalnie | Auto-delist | |

How to read it:
- Only Crosslist names a European Vinted site, and that site is vinted.co.uk. No vendor page checked on 13 September 2026 confirms vinted.pl, vinted.de or vinted.fr.
- None of the crosslisters names OLX or Allegro Lokalnie. A Polish seller's OLX and Allegro Lokalnie listings stay manual in all of them.
- Flyp's pages conflict with each other. One says Vinted "has been released to all users"; an undated FAQ says the tools are "only available in the USA". Confirm with Flyp before relying on it.
- Vendoo's pages conflict too. Its help centre list (updated 9 July 2026) omits Vinted, while its marketplaces page shows the Vinted logo.
The comparison pages go further on each vendor:
- reva vs Vendoo separates the two jobs. Vendoo crosslists and manages inventory for marketplaces such as eBay, Poshmark and Mercari. reva's live modules handle sourcing, price estimates and buying alerts on Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie.
- Vendoo alternatives groups options by job and region: crosslisting with Vinted, free crosslisting, and sourcing and pricing.
- Crosslist alternatives starts from the limits in Crosslist's own docs, such as auto-delist from Gold and three named Vinted sites, and matches one alternative type to each gap.
- List Perfectly alternatives is organised by reason for leaving: the price of the auto-delist tier, the undefined "LITE" Vinted label, no native app stated.
- reva vs List Perfectly compares two tools that both leave publishing to the seller, so the difference is marketplace coverage and the sourcing side.
- Flyp alternatives for UK and EU sellers starts from availability and lists only tools whose own pages state UK, EU or no-region support.
- The EU reseller tool stack puts crosslisters in a wider set of tools, grouped by job.
reva appears in several of these comparisons, and our editorial policy sets out how we handle that: official sources with dates, "not stated" instead of "no", and disclosure.
A weekly crosslisting routine
A routine turns the rules above into habits. The schedule below is an example; move the days to fit your week.
| When | Task | Rule it follows |
|---|---|---|
| Every sale | Delist everywhere else, then mark sold in the master list | Depop's "promptly" condition; avoids double sales |
| Daily, evening | Check each marketplace app for orders; confirm or reject OLX orders | OLX's 72-hour confirmation window |
| Daily | Ship Vinted orders | 5 business days before automatic cancellation |
| Monday (example) | Photograph and write master listings for new stock | Real photos, flaws disclosed once |
| Tuesday (example) | Publish on your main marketplace first, then copy to the second by hand or as drafts | One live listing per item per platform |
| Friday (example) | Reconcile: every live listing matches an unsold item; count OLX quota use | OLX Annex 3 limits |
| Every two weeks (example) | Review prices on evidence and edit listings; never delete and relist | Vinted's relisting clause; OLX's 14-day duplicate rule |
- After 5 October 2026 (DE, FR) or 8 October 2026 (UK, PL): re-read Vinted's updated Terms
- Before paying for a tool: find your marketplace and country on the vendor's own supported-marketplaces page
- Before adding a third marketplace: check you can still delist all three from your phone
- Every quarter in Poland: add up revenue across all platforms, not per platform
If the Friday reconciliation turns up a listing with no matching item two weeks running, cut back to one fewer marketplace before you add volume.
