Selling on Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie at Once

Why sell on Vinted and OLX at the same time

The three channels close a sale differently. On Vinted the buyer pays for and chooses shipping, and you get a prepaid label. On OLX you can agree payment and handover outside OLX delivery, with no Pakiet Ochronny. On Allegro Lokalnie the listing type decides whether you pay a sale fee at all.

Buying on OLX to resell on Vinted is marketplace arbitrage, not crosslisting: here it's one item you own, live on several channels until it sells once.

Before you add a channel, check three things:

• Your account type works there. A business Allegro account can't sell on Allegro Lokalnie. Vinted Pro isn't open to Polish businesses, standard Vinted accounts may not list items meant for commercial sale, and vinted.pl's Catalogue Rules count buying items to resell as a sign of commercial selling. • The item has a free OLX slot, or you accept paying for the listing.
• You can delete two listings from your phone within minutes of a sale. If not, use one channel.

Which items suit Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie

Two published facts sort most items: how many free private listings OLX's Annex 3 (effective 7 January 2026) gives the category, and whether the item travels by parcel or is collected.

Clothes need care: Annex 3 shows an unexplained "-" in the private column for Moda, so don't assume a wardrobe can go on OLX free. Cars and most property have no free OLX quota, and Allegro Lokalnie charges listing fees for them.

Rules that collide: duplicates, quotas, one item per listing

"Not in our research" means we found nothing either way.

Decision rules from the table:

1. Refresh on OLX, don't repost. Annex 2 sells Odświeżenie, which moves a listing up as if newly added.
2. Don't promote a crosslisted item on OLX. If it sells on Vinted first and you delete the OLX copy, the promotion can't be reactivated and the unused fee isn't refunded.
3. Count OLX slots before you copy. A limit renews 30 days after the last listing counted in it was published. Our research doesn't say whether deleting a listing frees the slot, so plan as if it doesn't.

Fees: buyer-paid vs seller commission

Each channel charges a different person at a different moment:

OLX publishes no Pakiet Ochronny amount, commission rate, or package and promotion prices in the documents we read. Decision rule: if a double sale happens on Allegro Lokalnie, refund the buyer through Allegro, because the fee refund is tied to that.

Adapting one listing to three platforms

Write the item up once, with every flaw, then check each copy:

• Vinted: photos you took yourself, no stock, ad or watermarked images; no "also on OLX" line or links to other sites
• OLX: pick single item, multiple units or set; no phone number or email; only items in hand
• Allegro Lokalnie: publish from your regular account and choose Kup teraz, auction or a local listing
• Allegro Lokalnie shipping: Allegro Paczkomaty InPost costs 10.95 zł gross; if you and the buyer both have Smart!, Allegro pays for your first 6 parcels per quarter
• Every copy: the same condition and the same flaws disclosed

On Allegro Lokalnie, the listing type decides whether a sale costs you 0 zł or a percentage.

Pricing across channels

Keep your net the same on every channel and let the list prices differ.

Example: you want 300 zł net for a used games console listed in Elektronika, and the buyer pays shipping.

• Allegro Lokalnie, Kup teraz at 4.9%: 300 ÷ 0.951 = 315.46 zł list price, with a 15.46 zł fee.
• Vinted: list at 300 zł. At the usual rate the buyer pays 300 + 15 + 2.90 = 317.90 zł.
• OLX, collected for cash: list at 300 zł, with no Pakiet Ochronny. OLX pay-if-sold can't be priced this way: Annex 6 publishes no rate.

Leaving delivery aside, the Vinted buyer pays 317.90 zł and the Allegro Lokalnie list price is 315.46 zł: 2.44 zł apart, although your list prices differ by 15.46 zł. Decision rule: don't drop the Allegro Lokalnie copy to 300 zł to match; in this example that leaves you 285.30 zł.

Keeping stock in sync by hand

Keep one master list. The inventory and profit tracker (semicolon version, for Polish Excel) has no per-channel link columns, so paste the three listing links into notes.

When something sells:

1. Delete the other listings.
2. Mark the row sold and put the channel that sold it in the marketplace column.
3. Only then confirm or ship. On OLX delivery you confirm within 72 hours and hand the parcel over within 3 working days; on Vinted you ship within 5 business days.

If that sale falls through, don't repost the deleted OLX copy within 14 days in a free or limited category: it counts as a duplicate.

• Daily: open all three apps, not only your main one
• Friday: every live listing matches an unsold row; count OLX slots used per category
