Allegro Lokalnie selling starts with a private account

Allegro Lokalnie's "Sprzedaj teraz" page says anyone with an active allegro.pl account as a private person can sell. Allegro's Smart! help page for Lokalnie adds the rule growing sellers miss: listings can only be published from a regular account, and a business account can buy but not sell.

Per Allegro's account comparison, typing company details into a regular account only adds contact data; the account stays regular. And sole traders can convert a regular account into a business account, which brings a "firma" label and Super Seller status but not Lokalnie listings.

Local listings, buy now and 7-day auctions

Ordinary items go up three ways. Vehicle and property packages, and a 4% electronics rate from a 2026 secondary source that the official page doesn't confirm, are in Allegro Lokalnie fees explained.

How to choose:

• Bulky, fragile or needs inspecting: a local listing costs no fee, but agree payment and handover before anyone travels.
• Clear price from comparable items: use Kup teraz. Example: a 250 zł jacket costs you 250 × 7.9% = 19.75 zł.
• No reliable comparables: a 7-day auction lets bids set the price, at the risk of a low final bid.

When the Lokalnie fee is charged and when it is refunded

Allegro's Lokalnie fee page ties the commission to what the buyer does, not to publishing.

The Lokalnie page bases the fee on "item value"; Allegro's allegro.pl fee calculator adds delivery to its base. Don't assume the two match; check your bill.

Marketplace fees in Poland sets this commission against Vinted and OLX.

Shipping options and Smart! parcels

The Lokalnie fee page lists two gross delivery prices: Allegro Paczkomaty InPost 10.95 zł and Allegro One Box 10.49 zł. Only these two carriers count for Smart! on Lokalnie.

Smart! rules from Allegro's help page:

• Both sides need Smart! Then Allegro pays for your first 6 parcels per quarter; unused parcels don't roll over. The page gives Smart! za darmo users 5 parcels for the whole programme.
• The buyer pays a flat 10.95 zł without Smart!, or on orders under 45 zł (under 49.90 zł for Smart! activated after 1 March 2026).
• After the pool, Smart! bez limitu charges the seller 4.99 zł per free Smart! sale.

Example: you send 9 Smart! parcels in a quarter on Smart! bez limitu. Allegro pays for 6; the other 3 cost you 3 × 4.99 = 14.97 zł. If one was a 60 zł item, its 4.74 zł sale fee (7.9%) plus 4.99 zł is 9.73 zł, about 16% of the price.

Decision rule: once your 6 parcels are used, price cheap items with the 4.99 zł in mind or list them locally.

Buyer protection and non-delivery claims

Allegro Ochrona Kupujących (formerly Allegro Protect) covers Kup teraz and auction purchases. On allegro.pl a buyer can claim non-delivery 7 days after opening a Dyskusja (discussion) with the seller; on Allegro Lokalnie, after 14 days.

For sellers, the protection page says compensation isn't always 100% of the amount, a seller's account may be suspended, and the seller may have to repay Allegro. It doesn't confirm a maximum payout.

• Keep the drop-off confirmation and parcel number until the buyer has the item and no claim is open
• Answer a buyer's Dyskusja inside Allegro, so your side is on record
• Photograph the item and packaging before sealing, especially electronics
• For local listings, agree payment and handover in writing first

Scams targeting Lokalnie sellers

Seller scams try to move you off Allegro's screens. Check two things:

• The address. Allegro Lokalnie is allegrolokalnie.pl and Allegro is allegro.pl; close a buyer's link that leads elsewhere.
• Payment data. Nothing in the Lokalnie rules we read asks a seller to enter card or bank login details from a buyer's link.

Decision rule: if a "buyer" pushes you to a courier, payment or verification page before anything appears in your Allegro account, treat it as a scam. Common patterns: OLX and Allegro Lokalnie scams that target sellers.

DAC7: accounts counted together with Allegro

Under DAC7, a platform reports a seller of goods with at least 30 sales or more than the equivalent of €2,000 paid in a calendar year; the Ministry of Finance says this creates no new tax. Allegro's DAC7 article adds:

• All accounts, both sites. Every account of the same seller on Allegro and Allegro Lokalnie is counted together, per calendar year.
• Unpaid Lokalnie orders don't count towards the limit; unpaid allegro.pl orders do. Transactions with a refunded fee are left out of the report.
• Timing. Allegro asks for your data at the latest when you pass the limit, and reports by 31 January of the following year.

Example: 19 paid Lokalnie sales on one account plus 13 on a second make 32, past 30, so expect Allegro to ask for your data. Five unpaid Lokalnie orders on top change nothing; five unpaid allegro.pl orders would add to the count.
