Allegro Lokalnie Fees for Sellers

Allegro Lokalnie fees at a glance

The percentage is taken from "item value" (wartość przedmiotu). Allegro.pl's own fee calculator describes its commission base as item price plus delivery, so don't carry allegro.pl maths over: what a final value fee is charged on shows how the base changes the result, and the allegro.pl category ranges are in Allegro fees for sellers.

Buy now and auctions: 7.9%

The 7.9% applies to Kup teraz and auctions in every category except Elektronika. Auctions run 7 days, according to Allegro Lokalnie's "Sprzedaj teraz" page, and a won auction pays the same rate as a buy-now sale.

Example: a winter jacket sold at 150 zł on Kup teraz costs 150 × 7.9% = 11.85 zł, so 138.15 zł stays with you before shipping.

Electronics: 4.9%, and the 4% report

In Elektronika the rate drops to 4.9% of item value. Allegro's fee page words it as 7.9% "except the Elektronika category – 4.9%" and gives no reason.

Example: on a 600 zł laptop, 4.9% is 29.40 zł; at the reported 4% it would be 24.00 zł, a 5.40 zł difference.

You can settle the conflict for your own sale without trusting either figure:

1. List the item in Elektronika. Outside that category the same sale pays 7.9%.
2. Read Aktualności in Allegro's seller help. The Lokalnie fee page says fee and commission changes are announced there in advance.
3. After the sale, open Rozliczenia and compare the fee with 4.9% of the price. The fee page adds that rates can also change during time-limited promotions, which would explain a lower charge.

Local listings: 0 zł

A local listing (ogłoszenie lokalne) costs 0 zł to publish and 0 zł when it sells.

Decision rule: a local offer worth at least 92.1% of your Kup teraz price leaves you as much as the Kup teraz sale before shipping (95.1% in Elektronika). Example: against a 150 zł Kup teraz price, a local buyer offering 139 zł leaves you 0.85 zł more than the 138.15 zł you would keep. Before you accept, note that the "Sprzedaj teraz" page mentions Allegro Ochrona Kupujących for Kup teraz and auction purchases, not for local listings.

If the item is bulky or the buyer wants to inspect it in person, the local listing saves both the fee and the parcel.

When the fee is charged and refunded

Allegro's fee page says clicking Kup teraz or the end of an auction doesn't trigger the fee on its own. What the buyer does next decides it:

• Charged when the buyer pays for a Kup teraz item, or pays for a won auction, within 72 hours (payment up front)
• Charged when the buyer fills in the delivery form for cash on delivery or personal pickup
• Not charged if neither happens
• Added to your Allegro account bill, which you pay under Finanse – Środki i historia operacji
• Listed in your fee history under Rozliczenia, in Moje Allegro Lokalnie – Moje ogłoszenia
• Refunded when you return the buyer's money through Allegro

The page doesn't say what happens to the fee if you refund outside Allegro, so settle refunds through Allegro. A buyer-by-buyer example of the trigger is in the seller's guide.

Shipping prices and Smart! costs

The fee page lists two gross delivery prices: Allegro Paczkomaty InPost 10.95 zł and Allegro One Box 10.49 zł. Only these two count for Smart! on Lokalnie. If you cover delivery, it comes off what you keep on top of the fee.

Allegro's Smart! on Lokalnie page sets the seller's cost. When you and the buyer both have Smart!, Allegro pays for your first 6 parcels per quarter, and unused parcels don't roll over; Smart! za darmo users get 5 for the whole programme. After the pool, Smart! bez limitu charges you 4.99 zł per free Smart! sale.

Example: past your pool, a 150 zł Kup teraz sale costs 11.85 zł in fee plus 4.99 zł, so 16.84 zł, or 11.2% of the price instead of 7.9%.

Motoring and real estate listing packages

In these categories publishing isn't free: you choose a package when you list.

The fee page gives no duration for the real estate packages. Unlike the 7.9%, a package is a listing charge, so you pay it whether or not anything sells.

Decision rule: if a vehicle may need longer than one Lite period, start on Turbo. Example: two Lite periods for a car cost 39.98 zł for 20 days, against 34.99 zł for 30 days on Turbo; for a motorcycle, 29.98 zł against 19.99 zł.
