How to Crosslist to Vinted

Bringing stock from other marketplaces onto Vinted within the platform's rules.

An item listed on another marketplace being re-entered as a single Vinted listing from real photos, with the seller pressing publish
Key takeaways
  • The Vinted Terms clauses we read don't name crosslisting, but in our reading a tool that posts, relists or imports in your Vinted account is an external software tool, allowed only if Vinted authorises, offers or otherwise allows it.
  • Plan for one Vinted listing per physical item: the Catalogue Rules stop a bundle's items being listed separately, and identical items in several sizes are a signal Vinted names for commercial selling.
  • None of the Vinted pages we read publishes a listing limit for new accounts; the "list slowly" and "no plain white backgrounds" advice comes from Flyp and Crosslist, not from Vinted.
  • Of the vendors checked on 13 Sept 2026, only Crosslist names Vinted sites (vinted.com, .co.uk, .com.au), and none names vinted.pl.
  • Updated Vinted Terms take effect on 5 October 2026 (Germany, France) and 8 October 2026 (UK, US, Australia; the Polish notice gives the same date).

How to crosslist to Vinted within its rules: create each Vinted listing yourself from your own record of the item, with your original photos, one listing per physical item, and delete it by hand as soon as the item sells elsewhere. The Terms clauses we read don't stop you offering the same item on another marketplace. What they restrict is how the listing reaches Vinted: no external software tools unless Vinted allows them, and no deleting and re-listing the same item multiple times or items in bulk.

Below: those clauses, Vinted's rules kept apart from vendor advice, and what each crosslister says about Vinted on its own pages, read 13 September 2026 (we have not tested these tools). Other marketplaces are in the crosslisting guide for European resellers.

What Vinted's terms say about tools and relisting

Three clauses in the "must not" list decide how you bring stock onto Vinted. The UK version applicable from 30 April 2026 is quoted; the Polish (15 September 2025), German and French (8 September 2025) versions carry matching clauses.

How common crosslisting actions line up with those clauses (our reading, not Vinted's classification):

What you do Clause it touches
Type a Vinted listing by hand for an item also for sale elsewhere None of the three names it; the Catalogue Rules still apply
A tool posts or imports listings in your Vinted account External tools, unless Vinted allows it
A tool deletes and reposts a Vinted listing to avoid duplicate flags External tools, and delete-and-relist if it repeats
You delete a stale listing and upload it again, week after week Delete-and-relist; we found no acceptable count from Vinted
You reuse another Vinted seller's photos or description Copying, plus the Catalogue Rules on photos

Decision rule: if anything other than you creates, deletes or re-creates the Vinted listing, find where Vinted authorises that tool before you switch it on. The clause-by-clause breakdown, with enforcement claims sorted into official and unofficial, is on Vinted bot and automation rules.

Why Vinted listings are one item, one listing

Crosslist's autodelist doc says Vinted "only supports listings with a quantity of 1 and does not allow the same listing to be relisted". That is Crosslist's description, not Vinted's wording, but two official rules point the same way:

  • Bundles. The Catalogue Rules say items in a bundle "cannot be listed separately", so a bundle and its pieces can't be live at the same time.
  • Identical stock. Vinted's commercial-selling help page (UK and PL) lists "identical or similar items in several colours or sizes" among the signals of commercial activity. Vinted UK says standard accounts are for personal use, and the Polish help page says Vinted Pro is not open to Polish businesses.

Decision rule (ours, built on those two rules): one physical item, one Vinted listing, and only one of any identical set live at a time.

Moderation triggers vendors warn about

None of the Vinted pages in our research publishes a listing limit for new accounts or a block length for bot use. What exists is a mix of official rules and vendor advice:

Trigger Who says it Status
Stock photos, photos from ads, watermarked images Vinted Catalogue Rules Official
Identical items in several sizes; stock or professional photos Vinted commercial-selling help (UK, PL) Official
Suspension "e.g. for a period of 7 days" for repeated breaches Vinted Catalogue Rules Official, listing rules only
Replacing photo backgrounds with plain white "tends to trigger" stock-photo moderation; "Don't list a high number of items quickly" Flyp help centre Vendor claim
Captchas after "a large number of listings in a short period of time" without Vinted Pro Crosslist Vinted FAQ Vendor claim

Neither vendor's page puts a number on "quickly" or "a large number". A digest of the catalogue rules volume sellers run into is on Vinted's listing rules.

What the rows mean for you:

  • List Perfectly says it "does not automatically publish listings to Vinted" (29 May 2026) and that other services "canceled their Vinted integration after Vinted tightened access", naming none. That is its claim, not Vinted's.
  • Crosslist's delist-then-relist step is software deleting and re-creating a Vinted listing, close to what the relisting clause describes (our reading). Read its Vinted FAQ before you connect Vinted.
  • Flyp and Vendoo each have conflicting pages; ask in writing before you pay.

No vendor page we read says Vinted has authorised the tool. reva vs List Perfectly compares two approaches that both leave publishing to the seller.

Regions: vinted.pl support is not confirmed by vendors

Vendors state Vinted support per domain, and support on vinted.co.uk says nothing about vinted.pl. Crosslist says it "works in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia", and no crosslister in our research names vinted.pl, vinted.de or vinted.fr: a missing statement, not proof a tool fails there. The official route is closed to Polish sellers too: Vinted Pro Integrations "is available only to a limited set of allowlisted Vinted Pro businesses", and Pro is not open to Polish businesses.

Before you pay for a tool, get these answers in writing:

  • Which Vinted domains does your connection accept, by name?
  • Does the tool publish, delete or relist in my account, or only prepare a draft?
  • Which Vinted route do you rely on, and where does Vinted say it is allowed?
  • Does your sale detection cover Vinted, and with what delay?

Crosslist alternatives matches each of Crosslist's stated limits, including its three Vinted sites, to other tool types.

How to crosslist to Vinted: a manual routine

This routine keeps you, not software, as the one who creates and deletes Vinted listings:

  1. Start from your master record: measurements, flaws and the original photo files, not the other marketplace's page.
  2. Upload your own photos with their real background (Flyp's white-background warning costs nothing to follow).
  3. Write the Vinted text from your notes, with no "also on eBay" line: the Catalogue Rules ban references to other platforms.
  4. Split multi-quantity listings into one Vinted listing per item, with one of an identical set live at a time, and list a bundle or its pieces, never both.
  5. Publish each listing yourself, over several sessions rather than in one batch.
  6. Change prices by editing the live listing, never by deleting it and uploading it again.

The decision rule from the terms section applies to reva too. Its List module (early access) prepares listing drafts on Vinted, OLX and Allegro Lokalnie that you review and publish yourself, and reva acts only where the marketplace allows it, within your rules.

Delisting from Vinted after a sale elsewhere

When the item sells on another marketplace, delete the Vinted listing straight away. Deleting a listing once, without posting it again, isn't the pattern the relisting clause describes (our reading).

When it sells on Vinted, remove the other listings before you print the label. Vinted's shipping help (UK, PL, FR, DE) cancels an order automatically if it isn't shipped within 5 business days, so you have time. Tools narrow the gap but don't close it: Crosslist says Vinted sale detection "can take up to 30 minutes".

Decision rule: if your tool's sale detection doesn't name Vinted, your Vinted sales are on manual delisting. How to avoid double sales when crosslisting builds a fallback around each vendor's stated delays, and marketplace automation rules shows how other platforms word their tool and duplicate rules.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a crosslisting tool with Vinted?
Only if Vinted authorises, offers or otherwise allows it: that is the condition its Terms attach to external software tools. Vinted's official API is open only to allowlisted Vinted Pro businesses, and none of Vendoo, List Perfectly, Flyp or Crosslist says it uses it. A tool that leaves the publish click to you is describing its own design, not a permission from Vinted.
Should I delist elsewhere when an item sells on Vinted?
Yes, but note what you removed. If the Vinted order is then cancelled, for example because it wasn't shipped within 5 business days, the item is unsold and your other listings are gone, so put them back yourself. Crosslist says its autodelist cannot detect cancelled sales, so don't expect a tool to notice.
Why did Vinted block my new listings?
Start with the notice Vinted sent you: none of the Vinted pages we read publishes a listing limit for new accounts. Its own grounds for hiding listings or restricting accounts include stock photos, signs of commercial selling and external tools it hasn't allowed. In Poland, Vinted's help page allows one appeal per moderation decision, within 6 months.
Is copying listings to Vinted allowed?
Retyping your own item details isn't named in the Terms clauses we read. The UK Terms ask you to "take and upload a photo and write a description (neither can be taken from the internet)"; they don't say whether your own listing on another marketplace counts, so upload your original photo files and write from your notes. Copying another Vinted seller's photos or text falls under a separate clause that needs Vinted's written consent.
