From pending to available to your bank: the steps, the minimum, the name check and the usual reasons a transfer bounces.

Key takeaways
  • Payment for a sale sits as pending until the order completes (buyer taps 'All OK', or automatically about 2 days after delivery on vinted.pl), then moves to available funds within 2 days.
  • The minimum withdrawal on vinted.pl is 0,10 zł; a transfer to a Polish bank account can take up to 5 business days.
  • One bank account cannot serve several Vinted profiles, and the account holder's name must match — a mismatch is the most common failed-withdrawal reason.
  • A failed withdrawal keeps your money in the wallet; if it still fails after 5 business days, contact Vinted via 'Napisz do nas' with a bank statement.
  • After 30 sales or over €2,000 in a year, Vinted asks for tax details (DAC7); not submitting the form blocks selling and Wallet access, though being reported does not itself mean tax is owed.

Withdraw a Vinted balance from your profile's Wallet by choosing "Wypłać na konto bankowe" (Withdraw to bank account) and entering your details; on vinted.pl the minimum is 0,10 zł and the transfer can take up to 5 business days. Money shows as pending until the order completes, then moves to available funds within 2 days. Below: the pending-to-bank timeline, the withdrawal steps, why a withdrawal fails, and what pauses a payout.

Pending vs available balance

Vinted's help page on receiving payment for a completed sale explains the order has to be marked complete before the money counts: the buyer taps "All OK", or on vinted.pl it completes automatically about 2 days after delivery. Once the order is completed, the payment moves from "Oczekujące środki" (pending funds) to "Dostępne środki" (available funds) within 2 days. Available funds are also used automatically the next time you buy something on Vinted, before you'd need to add money separately. If this is the first time you're watching an order move through these stages, what happens after your first Vinted sale walks through the steps up to this point.

  1. Buyer receives the item

    Order not yet complete

  2. Buyer taps 'All OK', or ~2 days pass

    Order completes

  3. Up to 2 days later

    Payment moves to available funds

  4. You request a withdrawal

    Up to 5 business days

  5. Transfer arrives

    In your bank account

Selling on Vinted itself doesn't answer how long items typically wait to be bought in the first place — that timing question is covered separately in how long items take to sell on Vinted.

How to withdraw to your bank account

Vinted's help page on withdrawals lays out the process for a vinted.pl profile:

  • Open your Wallet and choose "Wypłać na konto bankowe"
  • Enter the amount: the minimum withdrawal is 0,10 zł
  • Confirm the linked bank account, or add one if you haven't yet
  • Submit and wait: transfers can take up to 5 business days
  • Payouts on vinted.pl go in PLN to a Polish bank account

One bank account cannot be used across several Vinted profiles, and Vinted checks that the account holder's name matches. If you run more than one profile, each needs its own account — not a shared one, even within the same household.

Why a Vinted withdrawal fails

Vinted's help page on failed withdrawals lists the reasons a transfer doesn't go through:

  1. 1Amount below 0,10 zł?Raise the withdrawal amount
  2. 2Account holder name mismatch?Name must match your Vinted profile exactly
  3. 3Account already linked to another profile?Use a different account, or a different profile
  4. 4Spaces or invalid characters in the details?Re-enter the account number cleanly
  5. 5Account not SEPA-compliant?Use a SEPA-reachable bank account
  6. 6Provider blocked the account?Contact your bank, then retry

While a withdrawal is failing, the money is not lost — it stays in your wallet. Fix the detail that applies and try again. If it still fails after 5 business days, Vinted's help page says to contact them through "Napisz do nas" with a bank statement showing the account details.

Identity checks that pause payouts

Vinted's payment provider can ask for identity verification before releasing a withdrawal, and until that check clears, the payout stays paused rather than failed outright. A separate check applies from the tax side: Vinted's DAC7 page says that after 30 sales or more than €2,000 in sales in a year, it asks sellers for tax details, and not submitting that form blocks both selling and Wallet access. Being asked for the form, or being reported under DAC7, is not the same as owing tax — see DAC7 for resellers for what the reporting actually means. Vinted's Terms also take effect 8 October 2026 in Poland and the UK (5 October in Germany and France), with press reports describing EU balances moving from Mangopay to Vinted Pay around the same time — check the live help page if a withdrawal screen looks different after that date.

Plan cash flow around payout timing

Count from the day the buyer receives an item, not the day you shipped it: roughly 2 days to a completed order, up to 2 more to available funds, then up to 5 business days to the bank — over a week end to end in a normal case. If several sales complete in the same week, the pending amounts stack up before any of it is spendable, worth building into how you plan reseller cash flow: don't commit to a purchase on money that's still pending. Selling into multiple countries adds its own payout details, covered in selling across Vinted countries.

Most payout problems trace back to something set up wrong before the first sale: a bank account under a different name, a second profile sharing the same account, or a form left unsubmitted.

  • Bank account added, in your own name, not shared with another Vinted profile
  • Know your minimum withdrawal (0,10 zł on vinted.pl) so a small balance isn't stuck
  • Expect up to 5 business days for the transfer once you request it
  • If a withdrawal fails, check name, characters and SEPA status before contacting support
  • Keep 30 sales and €2,000/year in mind for the DAC7 tax form

Frequently asked questions

Why is my Vinted balance still pending?
An order's payment sits as pending until the order is completed — either you tap 'All OK' or, on vinted.pl, it completes automatically about 2 days after the buyer receives it. Once completed, the payment moves from pending to available funds within 2 days, per Vinted's help page on receiving payment for a completed sale.
What is the minimum Vinted withdrawal?
On vinted.pl the minimum withdrawal to a bank account is 0,10 zł, and a transfer can take up to 5 business days. Payouts go in PLN to a Polish bank account, so a foreign account will not work for a vinted.pl profile.
Can I withdraw Vinted money to someone else's bank account?
No. Vinted's payee-name check compares the account holder's name with your Vinted profile, and one bank account cannot be linked to several Vinted profiles. Using a friend's or family member's account is a common cause of a failed withdrawal, listed on Vinted's own help page.
What should I do if my Vinted withdrawal failed?
The money stays safely in your wallet, so first check the listed reasons: amount, name mismatch, an account already linked elsewhere, spaces or invalid characters, or a non-SEPA account. Fix the detail and retry. If it still fails after 5 business days, contact Vinted through 'Napisz do nas' with a bank statement, as their help page instructs.
